What types of content can I schedule?
Content Studio publishes photo posts, carousels, Reels, and Stories to Instagram and Facebook, plus video and photo posts to TikTok. You can schedule posts for a specific date and time, save them as drafts for later editing, or publish immediately.
Does Content Studio support TikTok?
Yes. TikTok publishing is fully live. Connect your TikTok account with one-click OAuth, then schedule videos and photo posts directly from the Content Studio dashboard alongside your Instagram and Facebook content. AI can rewrite captions specifically for TikTok, and TikTok-specific settings (privacy level, interaction toggles, music attribution) are built into the post composer.
How does AI caption generation work?
ChatGenius uses GPT-5 to generate captions in 4 tones: professional, casual, playful, and educational. You provide the topic or upload an image, select your preferred tone, and the AI generates a complete caption with relevant hashtags. A one-click 'Rewrite for TikTok' option adapts captions for TikTok's tone and length. You can edit the result before scheduling.
Is Content Studio fully live?
Fully operational. Scheduling, drafts, AI captions, auto-publishing to Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok, and post analytics are all live. Scheduled posts publish automatically at your chosen time.
What image formats are supported?
Content Studio accepts JPEG, PNG, and WebP images for Instagram and Facebook. TikTok supports both video uploads and photo posts. Files are validated for size and dimensions before upload. Media is stored securely in per-client directories organized by year and month.
Does Content Studio track post analytics?
Yes. An analytics sync job runs every 6 hours, pulling engagement metrics (likes, comments, reach, impressions) from each platform's official API for all published posts. You can view performance data per-post and track trends over time in the Content Studio dashboard.
Can I bulk import content via CSV?
Yes. Content Studio supports bulk CSV import of up to 200 rows per file. Each row specifies the caption, scheduled date/time, platform (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, or any combination), and optional media references. This is useful for planning a month of content in a spreadsheet and importing it all at once.
