You can also paste text directly or provide a website URL for automatic scraping. Documents are automatically processed into searchable passages.

How often should I update my knowledge base?+
Update whenever your business information changes — new services, updated pricing, revised FAQs, or seasonal offerings. Re-processing is automatic: upload the new version and ChatGenius re-chunks and re-embeds the content. There's no manual re-indexing step required.
