Is comment auto-DM compliant with Meta's policies?
Yes. ChatGenius enforces once-per-user-per-post limits (Meta's requirement), built-in rate limiting and automatic STOP opt-out handling. We use Meta's official API as an approved tech provider.
Can I auto-DM people who reply to my Instagram stories?
Yes. ChatGenius supports story reply triggers in addition to post comment triggers. When someone replies to your story with a matching keyword, they receive an automated DM just like post comments.
Can ChatGenius auto-DM people who comment on my Instagram Lives?
Yes. Live Video Comment triggers fire during an Instagram Live broadcast. When someone comments your keyword, ChatGenius DMs them using Meta's private reply, same as regular post comments. Live triggers are Instagram-only and fire on any of your broadcasts. Note that private replies are only delivered reliably while the broadcast is active.
Can I hide the keyword comments so they don't clutter my comment section?
Yes. Turn on Clean Comments and ChatGenius hides the triggering comment right after it sends the DM, so the 'comment LINK' pile disappears and only real comments stay visible. It hides rather than deletes, so the comment still counts as engagement (you keep your reach) and stays visible to the person who wrote it.
