Build a flow once in the visual Flow Builder and it runs on Instagram, Facebook Messenger, and WhatsApp. Button payloads, keyword triggers, image nodes, and branching all route correctly across those three. Messenger uses native quick replies, WhatsApp uses interactive buttons, and Instagram adds Story Reply, Story Mention, Reel Shared, and Post Shared as dedicated trigger sources. Telegram and SMS are not supported by the Flow Builder today.
Meta charges a per-conversation fee on WhatsApp for business-initiated messages (marketing, utility, authentication). User-initiated conversations are free since November 2024. These fees are billed directly by Meta to the payment method on your WhatsApp Business Account. ChatGenius does not mark up Meta's rates.
