Your DM Leads and Bookings, In a Google Sheet
For everyone who does not run a CRM. Connect Google Sheets and ChatGenius creates a spreadsheet in your own Drive with a Leads tab and a Bookings tab, then appends a row every time somebody shares their email, gives a phone number, or books an appointment in a DM.

How It Works
Connect once. The sheet fills itself from then on.
Sign In With Google
One Google sign-in from Settings, then Integrations, then Google Sheets. Nothing to configure, no API key to paste, no column mapping to set up.
ChatGenius Builds the Sheet
A new spreadsheet appears in your Drive with a Leads tab and a Bookings tab, columns already in place. Your existing leads are written in straight away, oldest first.
Rows Land As They Happen
Somebody shares an email in an Instagram DM, a flow collects a phone number, a customer books a slot in chat. Each one appends a row within seconds of the conversation.
The Row Stays Current
Learn more about that person later and their existing row is rewritten rather than duplicated. A booking that moves or gets cancelled updates in place.
What You Get
A spreadsheet you can actually work from, not a dump you have to clean up
Two Tabs, Real Columns
Leads carries Captured At, Channel, Name, Username, Email, Phone and a link back to the conversation. Bookings carries Booked At, Appointment Time, Channel, Name, Email, Phone, Service, Status and the Confirmation Code your customer sees.
One Row Per Person
Email now, phone number an hour later, a name in between. It all lands on the same row instead of scattering across three. The row is found by its Conversation ID cell, so it still works after you have sorted or filtered the sheet yourself.
Bookings That Tell the Truth
Rescheduled, cancelled, completed or no-show all update the booking's own row. The Status column reflects where things actually stand, so you are not reading a sheet full of appointments marked confirmed that nobody attended.
It Arrives Full
Connecting backfills the leads you have already captured, oldest first, up to 500. The sheet is worth opening the minute it exists rather than sitting empty until your next DM.
Two Independent Switches
Leads and Bookings sync separately. Turn one off if you only want the other tab filling up, and turn it back on whenever you want without reconnecting.
It Only Touches Its Own File
ChatGenius asks for a Google permission that covers files it created and nothing else, so the rest of your Drive stays private to you. Values are written as plain text, which means a message starting with an equals sign lands as text and never evaluates as a live formula.
Use Cases
A Booking Sheet You Can Read at a Glance
Consultations booked in Instagram DMs land on the Bookings tab with the date, the service and the confirmation code. When somebody reschedules, that row moves with them, so the sheet you check on Monday morning matches the week you actually have.
One List to Email From
Every follower who shares an email after a reel appears on the Leads tab with the channel and the date. Filter to this month, copy the column, and you have your send list without touching a CRM or exporting a CSV.
Front Desk Without a Login
Share the spreadsheet with whoever runs your front desk. They see new enquiries and today's appointments as they arrive, with a link through to the full conversation, and they never need a ChatGenius seat.
