How does the AI know what to reply?
It uses your business knowledge base, FAQ documents, and custom comment instructions to generate relevant replies. It's the same AI that powers your DM conversations, adapted for public comment replies.
Will it reply to every single comment?
It can, unless a Comment Trigger already handles it (triggers always take priority). You can also exclude specific posts and set daily/monthly limits.
Can I review replies before they're posted?
Yes. Enable Approval Queue mode and every AI-drafted reply waits for your review. Edit, approve, or reject from the Comment Manager dashboard.
What happens when a comment is hidden?
The comment becomes invisible to everyone except the commenter and their friends. Optionally, you can configure a DM to be sent explaining why their comment was hidden.
Does this work with Instagram and Facebook?
Yes, both platforms. The AI processes comments on posts and reels from both Instagram and Facebook pages.
